.1 Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide. This will teach you so much more of the basics than what chatting with a CPA for 30 minutes can teach you. It will also take your next discussion with a CPA to a different level.

.2 Nolo's Guide to Single-Member LLCs. This will teach you much more of the basics than what chatting with a lawyer for 1 hour. It will also take your next discussion with a lawyer to the next level.

These books will help you better understand the basics of accounting and legal structure. It will greatly help you selecting the professionals you work with.
