New House: New Numbers
This month, I am looking at adding another house to the Charlotte portfolio:
- rentfaxpro score: 46
- price $170k
- rent: $1350
- gross yield: 9.4%, net 6.3%, net - capex 4.6%
The rental yield is now so low that I need this property to appreciate in order to turn a profit.
