After being contained from Feb-15th to Mar-1st, the covid-19 epidemic has spread at a quick pace from Mar-1st to Mar-28th to reach 100k cases.
The US numbers grow more rapidly than in Europe as testing is being done. The policy reaction is more varied as different states implement different policies.

Zillow prices are not registering an impact yet, as the normal outcome in a pandemic or a crisis is both house purchase and rental turn activity slows down.
The reduction in prices will follow as less solvant owners need to obtain some cash. It is too early to assess any damage given the accommodating measures taken by the authorities.
The HUD suspends foreclosures and evictions for home owners until end of April.
