Net yield are as follow for the year 2023:
- AZ 6.7%
- FL 3.2%
- GA 5.3%
- MO -7% large renovation expense
- NC 1.7% large renovation expense
- TX 3.2%
The yield is computed compared to current market value, not buying price. The return looks much better as the buying price was more than 2x lower than current market value.
