Timeline Plan

  1. Complete all demolition, reconfiguration and infrastructure works in 12 weeks.
  2. All orders will be finalized by week 15.
  3. Another 5 weeks for installation and the final finishing.

On 20 th week snagging’ process, cleaning, etc.

Payment Plan:

The payments will be transferred directly to the contractors account upon the project manager request. The first payment of demolition , reconstruction and installation of new infrastructure works at the beginning of the process

Then management fee will be paid in 3 instalments;

  • 1st installment is 50 % and will be paid at the beginning of the renovation
  • 2nd installment is 30 % and will be paid after 10 weeks
  • 3rd instalment is 20 % and will be paid after finalising the renovation (in about 20 weeks)
