Insurance Premiums Melt Up
My insurance premiums did not change for most locations from 2015 to 2023, except some increase in Texas a few years ago. Then suddenly, they x2 in Texas and x5 in Florida.

The insurance market appears very tense. With GL only quotes not being easily available, and full coverage at much higher prices.
As per statista, the building costs in US SFH have increased from $122/sqft in 2022 by 17% in 2021 and by 17% again in 2022 to $168/sqft.
