As kindly reminded by Sovereign Man, a new beneficial ownership reporting requirement to Fincen is demanded in 2024.

FINCEN is a division of the US Treasury, it gives more details about the new online procedure here. It appears to me that at the moment, the new declaration is currently a one off initial online report, or at BOI change.

For foreign owners, this requirement is lighter but duplicates with the annual Foreign Owned Disregarded Entity LLC reporting to IRS which is required since 2016.
